The third Lithuanian language proficiency test (A1, A2, B1 levels) will take place at the Boston Lithuanian School ((250 Brook Rd., Milton, MA, St. Mary's of the Hill’s school building) on March 17th, 2018, at 9:00 am. The 3,5-hour test with a short recess, consists of 4 parts, including listening, reading, writing, and speaking. Two versions of the test will be available: youth (14- 17year-olds, or born no later than in 2004), and adults (18+). Both versions contain similar structure, with different, age appropriate content.
The test will be conducted by trained examiners, who obtained the examiners certification from the Department of Philology, Vilnius University. The results of the exam will be evaluated, and Lithuanian Language Proficiency Level Certificate will be issued by the Department of Lithuanian Studies, Vilnius University. The results will be sent back to the candidate within approximately 3 months after the test.
